Leonardo was once lost but is now found!!!

The investigation has been going on for some days. My son and husband found that there was an opening in the fence. Following the invisible footprint was not an easy task. Thanks to a proven strategy it worked! They tried to think as an tortoise would do, they looked for dandelions and flowers behind the fence.

My husband returned from work today with several “Missing” flyers to put out, but glad he didn’t need them. After crossing the neighbor’s field he knocked on a neighbors door and asked if they had seen our tortoise Leonardo. The neighbor said that the house next door had found a tortoise at their patio yesterday morning. The funny thing is that this neighbor had several tortoise himself as pets and one was a big one who lived in the backyard. Luckily Leonardo had not suffer any harm. The report said that he had a good appetite. When they saw that he was a Russian Tortoise the neighbor had already given him the name “Putin”!
